Pre-orders went up on Amazon for Anthony Papparlardo’s book: Radio Silence: A Selected Visual History of American Hardcore Music.

Can you believe the dude who put out the Deathwish 7″ and Slaanted Enchanted does the best sports blog online? http://www.cantstopthebleeding.com/

The world sucks when someones willing to pay $580 for a Judge Discog test pressing while others let the Nihilistics LP slide under their radars.

  2. yea but that’s kinda high for the nihilistics rec even in this day and age. i saw them in 2002 and they were godaweful even though the first 12″ is good. they had a song called Sand Nigger Dead Nigger. Real sophisticated bunch. This was in the wake of 9/11 obviously, but it’s the kind of thing where you want to stick a pencil in your ear and poke out the braincell you were using to remember it so you can forget how utterly worthless human beings can be.

Yeh obviously Nihilistics 2002 compared to 1982 has gotta be terrible, Ron was half brain dead then let alone now. The first 7″ and LP are killers though. Plus i dont think $45 is to much for that record, it can go for up to $100 depending on what nerds are jocking it that month. Its a bargain in comparison to the $580 Rev nerds are into forking over for test pressings of discographys.

  4. That Nihilistics set @ CBGB was unreal. Didn’t they throw around the ashes of some kid who died too? The LP is still a classic.

  5. they did? ugh. i sat in the back til poison idea played.
